Stephen has been a qualified personal trainer for over 5 years & has been in the fitness industry for over 7 years. Thus, his experience ranges from 1-1 personal, semi-personal training and classes. Those include Boot camp, Kettlebells, circuit training & suspension training. As a result, his areas are weight loss, strength programs and muscle building.
Stephen is a bodybuilder and competes at a national level. He came 3rd in his first competition and is now in pursuit of a higher placing in his next competition.
His dedication to fitness and all aspects of it is clearly evident through his commitment to his clients and to his bodybuilding.
Sinéad is a strength and conditioning coach which a level 7 degree from Limerick Institute of Technology. She is currently studying for her fourth-year level 8 degree.
Sinead has been coaching clients for 2 years. She specialises as a strength coach at HQ Gym. However, she loves to train individuals to help them achieve their fitness goals. Thus leading to a happy healthy lifestyle.
